| Negative - film containing an image in which the values of the original are reversed so that the dark areas appear light and vice versa.
Newsprint - paper made mostly from groundwood pulp and small amounts of chemical pulp; usually the least expensive printing stock for magazines and newspapers. Nipping - a stage in book binding where after sewing the sheets are pressed to expel air. Non-reproducing blue - A blue color the camera cannot see. Used in marking up artwork. |
